I have to admit that this seems a little strange to be, responding to a post asking how to post, but that’s just the world i live in i guess.

A How to On Posting

Step 1: Go here http://www.blogger.com

Step 1.5: create or be given an account

Step 2: log in

Step 3: To add a new post click on the little green plus sign.

Step 4: close your eyes and pound the keys. repeat for title.

Step 5: hit the "Publish Post" button

Editing old posts and posting comments to already present posts is so incredibly complicated that it will not be covered here for fear of mind explosions.
